Wish i could give these people a better rating but the fact is i called and got a price of $570 for a tire for my trailer installed out the door! then drive 1 hour to get the tire and the lady at the office gave me a price of $670! I showed her the picture of what she had quoted me for and she denied it. I needed the service so i agreed to the price. She instructed me to go to the service side and park in the space they have to mount the tire and get everything done. I waited about 45min more for them to unload a tire truck that had arrived.. No problem! Here is where things went left…. The mechanic came out and told me the lady had made a mistake and that they didn’t have the tire in stock after she quoted me for a michelin tire, a brigdegiston tire and a recap tire. I spent half of my day trying to get things ready for a load that had to be picked up rite after. Disorganized and just terrible service. This happened on 7/1/26 they should do better honestly and not waist people’s time.
